I'm Beth Ann Fuhrer, and I am excited to assist you on your real estate journey. With an extensive background in project management, marketing communications, and finance, I bring an unmatched diverse skill set to the real estate industry. My holistic approach to real estate stems from years of invaluable experience working with esteemed organizations such as Deloitte Consulting and Highmark Blue Cross.

I started my career in marketing communications, where I honed my skills in advertising, public relations, and media negotiations. Soon after, I took on a challenging role at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Project Controller, becoming part of an elite finance team. There, I specialized in budgeting, project management, and governance structures, skills that now serve my real estate clients exceptionally well when it comes to managing transactions and ensuring smooth closings.

But my love for community involvement is what truly sets me apart. I've been an active board member for Fox Families Care and have served as an Advisory Board Member for the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Autism Research since 2005. Closer to home, I've committed years as a Booster Chair for the Shady Side Academy Boys' Basketball and Boys' Golf Teams in Pittsburgh, raising significant funds for these teams and their capital improvements. My community roots run deep, and I understand the needs and concerns of families in the Pittsburgh area.

With over two decades of experience living in Fox Chapel, I've had the privilege of watching our city evolve and flourish. My passion for Pittsburgh drives me to share its vibrant neighborhoods and stunning architecture with clients from near and far. When I'm not helping clients find their dream homes or sell their property, I enjoy using my photography and video production skills by creating memorable celebration videos for high school and college teams, real estate, family, and individual portraiture.
